KYIV. Sept 20 (Interfax) - The possible restoration of the democratic coalition at the Ukrainian parliament would make it easier for Party of Regions leader Viktor Yanukovych to win presidential elections, said Hanna Herman, a deputy head of the Party of Regions parliamentary group.
