WARSAW. SEPTEMBER 19. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Poland and Ukraine have both made progress on preparations for the UEFA 2012 Soccer Championships, which will be a joint Polish and Ukrainian project, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk told reporters during a state visit to the Ukraine Friday.
