ODESSA, July 6 (Itar-Tass) -- Russian and Ukrainian parliamentarians failed to approve final documents of their two-day Odessa forum dedicated to the bilateral relations, as deputies representing the Yulia Timoshenko Bloc did not appear at the final meeting of the forum.
