From 18 June 2008, Ukraine International Airlines is increasing frequency on its popular non-stop service between London Gatwick and Kiev to 10 times per week – with the launch of 3 new services.

Afternoon departure times from Gatwick South Terminal have been secured to offer passengers maximum travel flexibility and same-day connections to most major Ukraine cities, including Simferopol and Lviv.

Peter Sherman, Sales & Marketing Manager UK & Ireland, commented “Demand for this route has shot up by 36 per cent in the last year. Kiev is a progressively important commercial hub, and is developing a strong presence in the meeting and incentive market. The city is also becoming a popular choice for short breaks with a unique cultural offering and exciting new hotels at value for money prices.”

A Boeing 737 aircraft is used for this service featuring both economy and business class cabins.

A return economy class ticket costs from Ј149 and a return business class ticket costs from Ј629 excluding taxes.

Ukraine International Airlines is currently celebrating its 15th year of operation.
