We have had an unseasonably cold spring this year. The times, in the cover story, showed comparisons with other cities......Fairbanks is 66, Oslo is 72, Portland Maine is 72....International Falls, MN, which is perennially the coldest city in the lower 48, hit 59.... Today in Seattle is 58.....colder than all of the above, as well as Omsk, which the Times showed at 61!! |
