Using an Agency

I'm not asking about the various different agencies out there as we have plenty of discussion regarding that elsewhere, but I am asking about who used them, pros and cons, etc. Any input is appreciated on the following questions:

1. Did you use an agency or not? Any particular reason for choosing your method?

2. What did you find the most helpful about having an agency to work with?

3. What did you find the least helpful about the agency?

4. If you used an agency, what factors did you use to select the agency (reputation, number of ladies, services, etc)?

I probably have more questions, but I'll leave it at those for now. Remember I am not looking for specific agencies, just how you decided and the usefullness of them. This could probably be a poll question, but that is a little advance for me just yet.
