What's the difference (besides price) between "First Class" and "Deluxe class" on a Russian train?

Is first class the one with the four person berth and deluxe the two person?

Which ever ticket is more expensive is the 2 person per berth. I always forget which is which. Also the train cars that have the 2 person per berth tend to be the "newer" train cars, and the heating / AC will usually work. Also you will get waitress service for drinks - tea, coffee.
