It should be official. My wife told that a russia newspaper should have printed online that in 7 years, there is no visa between EU and Russia. Which make sence since today EU and Russia signed a new deal.

Is that the case for visa between Europe and Russia and no other countries? What is this new deal you mentioned and why would they limit the visa's anyway?

Well, it seems newspaper were too eager. EU has made an agreement in Slovenia about 'everything' (culture, transport, economics aso) and in that context a group of intelligent diplomats aso with the task of removing visa.

In early May Bosnia allowed a 90 days visa free visit for russians.
