New Flights - Kiev to Chernivsti

My wife booked tickets today to come to the UK, while at the airline offices she found out that a new air service from Kiev to Chernivsti has just started, there always was one but it always left to early to hook up with connections from outside Ukraine, :

but apparently this new service leaves Kiev, Boryspol at 7.30pm, great news for me and those travelling to Chernivsti, saves that 8 or 9 hour journey by road.

I'd like to know about this, just out of general principle.....

Is it Aerosvit? Motor Sich? Donbassaero?, etc..... new carrier? who is doing this new service?

I don't know I will ask, but reckon it is probably Aerosvit, because they have the other one in and one out a day flights and people (locals) had been complaining they had to stay over in Kiev due to the silly return flight times they imposed.
