RBC, 17.04.2008, Kiev 09:56:57. Ukraine and Belarus are poised to continue electricity supply talks, First Deputy Fuel and Energy Minister Oleg Bugayev said when asked to comment on the information on Belarus's refusal to buy electric energy from Ukraine.
