Oh shucks guys, thanks very much, when I first joined RMP and saw guys who had over 1000, posts to their name I thought, blimey they must spend half their lives on here, well 3 years or so later and I am at 5000, a few good ones in that 5000 too I think

but it is amazing when you are involved actively in this adventure how time flies.

This place has changed a lot over my time here and I suppose these places always will as new people join and older members find what they are looking for and move on, well this is where I started and it has been a great place to learn from and a real friend to me at times.

Thanks to all who have been here and no longer post and all the regular guys who are still around and have been here a while and all the new guys who keep the place fresh and alive, you are all important and places like RMP are great places for everyone who wants to do something a little different and visit countries like the FSU to find his life partner. The route we take isn't easy, there are many obstacles along the way as all the guys who posted above can contest too, but, RMP has certainly made that a little easier for me in finding what I wanted.

What a great place! and there are many fine people here, who I like to call friends

The name comes from the the university where I used hold a faculty position. "Dis" is the department (Department of Interdisciplinary Studies), culma from college (College of Urban Labor and Metropolitian Affairs) and "wsu" from the university (Wayne State University).
By the way if anyone knows of a job opening in post-secondary education for a person with Master's Degree, please let me know
