Was in a Russian store in Texas a few weeks ago, and saw a bunch of back issues of "Zdrovye" magazine, which is about health issues. Generally there are a bunch of Russian celebrities on the covers.....but noticed that there was one with Natalie Portman---who is the only non-FSU person.

Just curious.....I know Natalie was born in Israel, and her real last name is not Portman(but some longer Jewish name)....but is there some FSU connection with Natalie, here? Are here parents from Russia?

According to Wikipedia (so it must be true!), some of her maternal ancestors are from Russia.
