Im not sure if anyone here is interested in this sort of thing (lol)

But Mail.ru are currently holding a photo contest (Конкурс) called "Девушка в бикини" (Girl in bikini). I think it would be a crime if I didn't share this with you guys

Some terminology you might like to learn:

Сортировать (verb: to sort) [the photos]

случайно: randomly

по рейтингу: by rating

по дате добавления: by date added (by date of addition)

You see, it's not only a great way to meet some interesting women, but also a great chance to practice your Russian comprehension too!!

Nothing like a bit of motivation to learn a language

and, in general, the Russian girls are very impressed if you try and speak/type a little Russian.

I've recently added some instructions on how to register with mail.ru:

But the real fun happens inside their social network called "Moy Mir" (Мой Мир: My World), which is attached to your Mail.ru account. Unfortunately I haven't had time to write instructions for this yet, but if you want to 'cheat' then I suggest you get the Firefox browser (www.mozilla.com/firefox/) and install the browser addon called "Russ Key" (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/561).

Russ Key allows you to highlight and translate any Russian text on a webpage into English. It works seamlessly as the Russian text disappears on the page and is replaced by the English text. It's one of the most useful translation tools Ive found, and I've configured mine so that I only have to press F2 to translate the Russian, and then press F4 to return to the original Russian.

I find this is also a great way to learn new vocab ..and if your Russian wife catches you looking at girls in bikinis you can just tell her that you're working hard to learn the language
