Saw footage of the fire on TV. One thing shown was a woman going through her cupboards taking out stuff she wanted to try and save while flames were leaping around her! Bear in mind to see her there was no outside wall on this part of the aprtment anymore!

I hope she got out.

Have you found any of that TV footage you saw on the Internet? To think of trying to save some canned foods while a fire is around you is crazy, but she may not have been aware of how serious the fire was.
When I was in Moscow in July the Hotel I stayed in (on was on the 9th floor) the a room on the 6th floor directly below me caught fire at about 2am, no fire alarms or anything went off in the hotel their was no emergancy lighting, when trying to leave I literally could not see my hand unless it was touching my nose, because of all the smoke.

Deccie, thanks for the video link. I just re-read my previous post and yours, and when you said that the outside wall was missing and that was the only way she could have been possibly filmed. and my comment now appears rather foolish (just did not think about that at the time) when I said 'that maybe she was not aware how bad the fire was' pretty foolish comment on my part
