MOSCOW. March 28 (Interfax) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has raised its long-term issuer credit rating on the Russian Republic of Bashkortostan to 'BB+' from 'BB', the ratings agency said in a statement on Friday. The outlook is stable.
