BRUSSELS, March 18 (Itar-Tass) -- A step forward has been taken at the negotiations on Russia’s accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the European Commission said in comments on a meeting between Russian Vice-Premier, Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin and European Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson.
