Hi Guys,
Have any of you had a fiance come to live with you on a K1 Visa and in the 90 day trial period she decided that she was going back to the FSU? And she did go back. I think the trial period is longer in England, 6 months I think.

I'm just curious. And why she decided that she was going back & not staying.

And what you think were the real reasons for her decision.

I'd say that there would be a couple of reasons this could/would and has happened.
The guys is puting on airs and really isn't what he claims to be. Rich ect. You can guess what a let down that would be to a lady.
Or she finds out that he's a slob, jerk and treats her like a servant. Or she could come to realize that she misses her family more than she thought and needs to be near them.
It was a MAJOR concern for me because we were already married when she came here. I went to great lengths to make her feel like this was her new home. I know about women and their nesting instincts so the inside of the place was hers to re-do as she wanted. (What a mistake, it's still going on.

) But she made her own curtains and actually did a very nice job of it. New furniture ect. And of course a new bedroom set.

could you have truly stopped it? even if you wanted to.

I love the nesting instincts of the RW

, but this brings up probably the true reason for her------single guy, living alone----- do we need to say more
