AP - Prosecutors have charged a Russian blogger who wrote on a popular Internet site that police should be publicly incinerated in what is believed to be the country's first such case against a blogger.

Are they going to bring back the KGB and be lurking outside people's windows to see if they are saying anything bad about the government again? How is this any different from when Russia was a communist state?
