Reuters - U.S. lawmakers could face a vote on
trade relations with Russia this election year if Moscow
finally wraps up its bid to join the World Trade Organization,
the top U.S. trade official said on Tuesday.

That would definately be one of the better things that congress did. We trade with everyone else on the planet, why not Russia? With their vast oil reserves, maybe we can get our crude from them and bypass OPEC for a change.
