As you may remember we bought 2 'holes in the sky' in Kiev. We bought 2 apts. as an investment in an unbuilt building in the northwest area of the city.
I doubt that they'll get it done by mid simmer as they promised at signing but at least they didn't give up on it. It's got 7 more floors to go and with the colder weather concrete work is at a halt. They are continueing in the interior work.
My step son has just sent some fresh pics from yesterday, so I thought I'd share them.

So your gonna be the new real estate tycoon in Kiev now?...LOL

Hardly a tycoon but there is only 1 thing that God never made enough of and it's real estate. There will always be more and more people and they need a place to live.
We got these as an investment with plans to finish the interior and sell. Hopefully it'll be a better investment than trucking!
Pre built is ALOT cheaper than buying ready to move in. And these are pretty close to the metro!

Buying a time share in the Antarctic is a better investment than trucking. I wish someone would have smacked me in the head when I thought about buying my first truck.

Ditto's!!! I'm glad I'm down to 4 trucks and 14 wagons! Much less headaches..

I am down to 3, one will be gone next month and another in July. Then it will just be the one I drive and I will decide if I want to keep it up or not.

I hear you.. No fun in trucking. But right now all of mine are parked in snowbanks!
I'm not losing!
