RBC, 20.12.2007, Moscow 19:27:07. Russia will consider providing Belarus with another loan worth $2bn in 2008, Deputy PM and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said following the signing of an intergovernmental agreement to grant Belarus a $1.5bn loan today.
