Now available on the Astra 1 satellite at 19.2 degrees East - frequency 10773, polarity H, symbol rate 22000, FEC 5/6. Supposedly consists of programming for Belarus from Polish broadcaster TVP. When I checked it out last night and this morning there was a test card (in Belarusian!) saying the channel was active every day from 1800-2100 - not sure what time zone, probably GMT+2. Apparently it is only on Astra 1 temporarily and will move to Sirius at 5 degrees East at the start of January.

It's always cool that something is being broadcasted in the Belarusian language!!

It turns out to be a channel for the Belarusian opposition. Yesterday evening they were showing a pop concert where people in the crowd were waving the old white-red-white flag. We switched over after a couple of minutes as it was pretty dire!
