I used to follow all these type of forums pretty closely a couple of years ago when I visited a lady in Ukraine twice. Things did not work out so I took a break and did some local dating. Well here I am again and planning to go visit a lady in Moscow.
First I have to ask about a forum I found good info on, what happened to the forum part of RWGuide???
When I went to Ukraine I used a travel agency called Russia House and at that time they had good rates for the flights I needed. Who has the cheapest rates now??

No, one place has the best prices for airline tickets anymore. I would suggest using websites that search the other sites for you.
www.travelzoo.com
www.Kayak.com
www.mobissimo.com

travelocity.com is good for putting together airlines that usually don't sell their tickets together.

cheaptickets.com has always given me very good prices, I rarely find a lower price Kayak is also very good, or Opodo if you want the big name airlines.

I have found that a travel agent has the best price for flights ... always!!! They can also get visas, hotel reservatons, and just about anything you want.

Maybe I'm just lucky or have a good agent.

The only way a travel agent can have a lesser fare then the public fare is if there is a wholesale rate available with the route. Most wholesale rates are under contract, and most airlines are NOT renewing the wholesale routes.
