OSLO, Nov 5 - Norwegian telecom group Telenor said on Monday a U.S. federal court had confirmed an arbitration ruling against Russia's Alfa Group in a dispute over their co-owned Ukrainian operator Kyivstar.

I wonder how a US court has authority over Norway/Russia companys working in Ukraine..
That seems like quite a step out of bounds IMO.
