KIEV, October 10 (Itar-Tass) -- The Yulia Timoshenko Bloc is prepared to declare the creation of a ruling coalition in the Ukrainian parliament as soon as the official returns from the early parliamentary elections have been announced, Timoshenko’s closest associate, Alexander Turchinov, said on Wednesday.
