The system of russian tenses is a reward to everyone who has dared to learn such a difficult language. There is nothing but just Past, Present, and Future. The formation of tenses is also a piece of cake. On the other hand, there are two verbs (imperfective and perfective) for virtually every action, which are basically used depending on whether you are more interested in the process or the resilt, and the choice between them doesn't always have a clear match in he english system.

By the way, "to buy" is not a good thing to do for learning Russian tenses, as the formation of imperfective / perfective in this case contradicts the normal pattern. This is the only verb in the whole language, where imperfective (process), and not the perfective (result) one is marked with по- prefix.

Я покупаю это
Я покупаю это

This is right, there is just 1 present tense! We've always liked that, and I'm enjoying this fact right now!

Я купил это
Я купил это
Я купил это
Right, but in a certain context, like asking general questions about life experience (Have you ever bought?) the russian verb must be imperfective (покупал) with the same -л at the end marking the past tense. By the way, if the peron who bought smth was female, it must be -ла, and if there were several people, -ли (plural).

Я купил бы это - right, or -ла, -ли Though, покупал /-а /-и if you think you would have bought it on a regular basis.

Я мог / должен/, возможно, купил это
Я мог бы купить / должен был купить / возможно, купил
Even though "I mught have bought" sounds like a hangover thing!

Я покупал это
Я покупал / купил это
Я покупал / купил это
Я покупал / купил бы это
Я мог бы / должен был купить/,
возможно, покупал / купил это

Я куплю это
Я купил бы это

Я буду покупать это
Я купил бы это

Дом продан
Дом был продан

Дом продается
Дом продавался

Дом будет продан
Дом был бы продан

Дом будет продан
Дом был бы продан
Дом мог бы быть / должен быть/, возможно, был продан
