I thought it might be good to start a thread with pictures from anyone who has made a cross country trip in Russia.

Here are some travel pics of the main road between Kiev, Ukraine and Moscow. Keep in mind that this is a "paved road" on a "major thoroughfare".

Love or hate Texas...we have the best highways I have ever seen.

I've driven from Kiev to Kharkov and the roads were bad, but I don't remember seeing them that bad. But I have been on some roads in the Kharkov area that had pot holes deep enough to loose a chieftan tank in and humps and lumps high enough to beach any four wheeled vehicle.
