TAXI FARE SCAM: another gray area trick to get money

About the third date I tried to kiss her and she told me that she had a infectious disease. ;-) I later found that some girls will set up more than one date in a day, take the metro into kiev and get all the guys to pay for taxi fare. They can rake it in.

well, it sounds reasonable.
another "gray area" scam scheme anyone will have problems grappling with.
How can anyone "prove" she truly intended to scam, and/or does it recurringly?
For all you know, she was seeking a taxi, when she met a friend and they decided to take the subway instead...
