Hi all, thanks for reading.

This will be my 2nd time to try to meet a women. I went to Prague(beautiful city) but the service was not that great. I had a better time going dancing at night and horseback riding during the day. lol.

I joined Delaphania and so far they have been quite good. They offer a more vip type treatment and the girls have been lovely. I didn't want to engage
in writing so I'm going there to meet them in person.

I'm there for 10 days and was wondering how much money to bring. I'm thinking around $2500.00 for spending. This doesn't include hotel or service fees. Will that cover it?

Any insights would be most apperciated.

For $250 a day you'll be a high roller!!!
How do you expect to get to know any of them if you don't write ahead of time to weed out the chaff?

I would prefer face to face contact and the service steers you this way vs conventional writing then meeting. But they offer a non vip service that offers writing first.

I'm hopeful it's a good service. They have set me up with very lovely girls. i hope by choosing the VIP level service it weeds out girls i dont want to meet.

But I enjoy traveling anyways and will have a good time regardless.

Well its certainly not the way I would go about it, I met a US West Coast surfing type guy in Kharkov (yes he dressed like ghe had just walked off the beach aswell) who was doing the same thing as you, he had women lined up each day on the hour, more like a mass interview process rather than getting to know them for what they are. Bloody hard work I thought! He was actually spending more time looking at his watch making sure he didn't miss his next booking than with the ladies. He went into great detail of how he bought them cheap lunches etc etc, I pity the poor women who hooks up with him actually

Anyway, I asked him how he ever thought he would get to know one well enough to consider her wife material, he told me he would meet her again, but I said you have dozens lined up over a week or so, how you going to know for sure unless you spend time with any of them, I mean real time not like speed dating type time?.... he just couldn't grasp what I was getting at, he replied if I don't find one here I will move on to the next city DUH! after that I gave up

I just think you need to get to know a women a lot more before visiting and then meet up, but there are some guys who have just turned up on spec and hit gold, so its different strokes for different folks!

Here is my take on the surfer guy routine... Most ladies work. they must take time off from work to meet you. They must plan ahead to take the time off from work. Add in taxi fares and all the inconveniences and it rivals a small military operation on her part.
so, he is meeting girls on the hour every hour. If he meets THE ONE he must cancel all the other meetings..which means there are going to be a bunch of mad russian ladies out there. If we don't respect them, how are they supposed to respect us??? Surely there is something in place to help you get in the ball park as to meeting someone you like??

Yes I agree Joe, I couldn't fathom the guy out at all, he was just one of those nutters you come across from time to time that give the rest of us a bad name

Add me to the list of those that agree! Establishing a relationship is not the same as running a business where others (secretaries) have to make the arrangements for you. You have to do it yourself and at the pace that suits both sides. In business, the one with the money pulls all the strings.

I'm sure you'll be bringing back money if you take that much, unless you expect to shower women with expensive gifts!
I love to travel as well but, like the other guys have said, I can't imagine not wanting to know a little something more about some of these women before meeting. For me, I would prefer to focus on fewer women to know them better, rather than interviewing many and only having a basic idea of who they are.
Theres more than one way to skin a cat (although I've found that even one is nauseating enough)!!
Hope you have a better experience in Kiev than Prague. Let us know how your adventure ends up.

are you allowed to bring that much money into the country? i believe there is a limit of $1,000 cash. you can use your atm card with no problems. you may even use your credit card at a hotel. i did not use any credit cards in my nine weeks there, but i used the atm MANY times without a problem other than a foreign atm fee from my bank.

good luck and welcome!

I can't remember the exact amount but I believe you can take as much as
$10,000 into the country. At least that's what I remember reading on the sign at the Odessa airport.

I took $2000 spending money for 2 weeks and it was plenty.

Just remember--don't declare anything exept cash and then, make sure you say an amount that won't get you rousted. they tax everything you declare at about 25% of declared value...maybe more.

I never brought anything of great value back so I don't know.
I know that antiquaties are taxed to exteremes so if it's old at a flea market don't buy. I've seen ivory and even rino heads for sale but you'll never get these treasures back to your country. The rino head would of took more then another seat on the plane. It was about 4 feet by 4 feet. Years ago I did bring back a cool switchblade but would advise against it today.
I've always took a few grand with cards as back up. Just inform you card carrier that you'll be out of country for what time frame or they may suspect criminal activity and shut down your card. I've never had a problem with cards and I used them for restaurants and hotels.
I've hear stories about declaring cash. Always declare more then you have because if you have more then you declare they may take the extra. Don't know about that one but always followed the advice.
I do know you are restricted on how much of their money you may bring back. Had to change back about 100 US when I declared their currency. I usually give the change as gifts to younger relatives.

I better revise that first line and list my wife or I'm in trouble.

I agree with you about meeting too many women. I really only want to meet 4-6 ladies. I thinkn they are setting me up with around 10.

I hope to enjoy the city and countryside as well.
