Tricky question

Ok, here is a tricky question, and I hope someone may have an idea as to an answer. If a U.S. Citizen wants to marry a foreigner in the country where she is going to school (not her own country) can you do this? And if she wants you to live there with her while she completes her schooling can you do that?

Your question does not make that much sense... so I think you will need to ask in a different way...

But, to answer the question you wrote... YOU can marry anybody anywhere... the government can not stop you... and if you marry in a country that is not 'hers', you have to look at that countries laws, not US law..

Ok, you answered my first question, so I'll try to re-phrase the second one. If I married a girl who is a citizen of Indonesia but goes to school in the Netherlands and she wanted to finish her schooling before we moved to the US is there any way I would be able to legally stay in that country until she graduates?

Matt

P.S. Where could I find this information out for myself?
