KYIV. Aug 7 (Interfax) - Viktor Demusenko, the first secretary of the Chornomorsky district committee of the Ukrainian Communist Party, tied himself to a monument to Lenin in the village of Olenivka in the Chornomorsky district of the Crimea to prevent the monument's demolition.
