Hi everyone,

I wrote a thread a while ago asking for help about marriage and what are the do and don'ts - all the replies I had were very helpful indeed, thank you. Since then my girlfriend and I have been discussing what other options we have available.
My girlfriend lives in Tula, Russia and she has a 5 year old daughter and we began our relationship last year. We're thinking that we it's very big decision to marry so soon especially with having a daughter and we want to be with each other longer than a few weeks holiday which we have been doing this year.
My questions I want to know are; can my girlfriend and daughter visit on the same Visa? Do you think it's possible to have my girlfriend's daughter to go to school for the time of the visit? Is it difficult to have the option of a working Visa? If you can help me with these matters or if you think of anything else which I have not mentioned?

A lot of the answers are here The British Embassy Overseas - Russia pick which is the nearest to your GF City, this is a good site also Britain in Russia, and there are others on here who will be able to tell you their experiences too.

As a brit you may want to look up the forum RU Adventures dot com, they dont allow direct links here (PM lester as to why - he doesnt reply to me!) but if you go to "Visas" room and 3rd post down you will find all the UK info you need.
