RBC, 02.08.2007, Moscow 09:59:42. Ukraine increased capital investment in the fuel and energy complex by 14 percent to $500m in the first half of 2007 compared to the same period a year earlier, according to Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Minister Yury Boyko.
