I have a friend who has moved and I am not sure if she has a new phone number yet, she lives in Voronezh. I was wondering if there are any good sites to visit for finding phone numbers or addresses. She emailed me from work but I haven't heard from her in a couple of months I supposed she has been restricted from receiving personal emails. I hope someone can help me out.

Moscow has a directory assistance "09" but I can't find anything about other Russian cities.

Send an email to these guys, they might be able to help you find her.

Welcome to the RMP don1856.

I don't know if it would work but worth a try.
Go to a free dating site and search for ladies in that city, then send them a message asking if they know her.

Or if you know where she works, have flowers sent to her with a note asking her to email you.
