Russian to Thai Dictionaries?

My neighbor is Thai, speaks several languages, and is actually a professional translator. It would be kind of a cool Christmas gift to get a Russian/Thai dictionary.

If they do exist, I presume Moscow is probably the only place you could get one.

Anyone ever seen or heard of one??
