KIEV, July 5 (Itar-Tass) - The Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) on Thursday is opening at the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada (parliament) building its 16th session that will last until July 9.
