KIEV, June 27 (Itar-Tass) - Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich said his government guaranteed stable relations with Russia. Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, the Ukrainian prime minister said, “Our policy was and will be aimed towards avoiding unpredictable actions.
