ST. PETERSBURG. June 9 (Interfax) - The Russian energy sector will have raised $30 billion through IPOs by the summer of 2008, Unified Energy Systems of Russia (RTS: EESR) CEO Anatoly Chubais announced at the 11th Economic Forum in St. Petersburg.
