Now I can't wait to ask lena to say Moose and Squirrel. She won't get it but I will die. Her voice is just like Natasha's.

There was an old cartoon called "The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show" that had a evil couple that were Russians named Boris and Natasha. They used to say in a thick Russian accent "moose and squirrel must die". Old timers get it.

Olga.

It's no "Cheburashka and Friends"! But it is the show I used to watch when I was a very small child.

I love the music to this cartoon. "Dehn Rozhdenya" and "Goloboy Vagon" are classic pieces of music from that cartoon. http://youtube.com/watch?v=QMRFuJiTHIw

(Insider's tip: like Bart Simpson, the voice of Cheburashka was a woman)

Rocky and Bullwinkle!!!! all right.........I wander is that where some of us get the idea of looking in the FSU to find someone special???

Posted by: GoingToRussia

I didn't think this would create so may posts. I guess it reminds us of better times ... when we were small. It brings out the "child" in us ... sort of the same thing that RW do to me!

Did anyone ever find Natasha saying, "moose and Squirrel"?
