MOSCOW. May 28 (Interfax) - Top military officials could take over power in North Korea in the event of Kim Jong Il's death, Konstantin Asmolov, a senior researcher at the Korea Studies Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences' Far East Institute, told Interfax on Monday.
