Russia to Canada phone call

Hi,I trying to find out how to call from Russia to Canada

My country code is 1 and area code is 705,but if I am over there do I need to place any other numbers in front of the 1.

If I was calling from here I would dial 001 landline or +1 mobile, I am sure it is the same from Russia.
