KIEV, May 4 (Itar-Tass) -- Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko signed on Friday a decree on the appointment of Vasily Kostitsky to the post of judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, a representative of the presidential press service told Itar-Tass.
