KYIV. April 27 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian Constitutional Court has received an appeal from 160 parliamentarians concerning the constitutionality of the president's decree of April 26 disbanding the Verkhovna Rada and changing the election date, acting head of the court's press service Ivan Avramov told Interfax.
