RBC, 23.04.2007, Moscow 19:59:23. Ukrainian parliament speaker Alexander Moroz is proposing to postpone the extraordinary election from May 27 to summer-fall of 2007, if the Constitutional Court deems the presidential decree to dissolve parliament lawful.
