I was able to meet up with Nadia this weekend.

Well it does get better....
Nadia has a break between semesters and she will be able to spend 11 days with me in Hawaii. She arrives in 11 days. So many things to do before she gets here. Trying to keep this trip more low-key and seeing where things go...

Yes 8 more days until Nadia gets here. I don't think I will be writing a trip report, since she is the one making the trip. Maybe she should write the trip report?

This weekend have a long list of to-do items:
1)clean car
2)clean apartment-vacuum, bathroom, top to bottom
3)haircut
4)get a gift for her--ideas? I asked her room mates and one of them suggested slippers. Which is good since Nadia does mention about her feet getting cold from time to time. Also thinking about a radio for the shower, she likes to sing in the shower.
5)make a list of ideas for spending time together
6)food shopping -- just some basics, we will go together when she gets here.
7)pay my bills
8)buy flowers - Lei for her arrival, and orchids for the apartment
