KYIV. April 10 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has not discussed the introduction of the state of emergency at a meeting with heads of law enforcement and security agencies, Ukrainian Defense Minister Anatoly Hrytsenko said after the meeting.
