And even though this my first post here, I for a long time on this forum www.russianmeetingplace.com I'm not sure if this should go here or in the GENERAL DISCUSS section, so if it's in the wrong place, my apologies (and can someone move it please! EXCUSE uneducated girl). I just loved this topic. Honestly we should start some movement or society. Anyway I'm also one of those people who enjoy to discuss "The Russian Internet Guide". In my opinion it would be a lot better to get some fact into our STUFF. I'll glad read all new information about this topic Thanks a lot..!! Helen V. Beden.

Thorburn,it could be for many reasons,addvertizing,trying to sell something,or just playing games on this forum.

It has nothing to do where they are from,everyone is wecomed here,just don't do any of the above.Most important everyone should read the Forum Guidelines.

thorburn they are being banned for what they do not where they come from.
there are rules & guidlines for all members to follow.
in these current cases,because there breaching advertiseing rule which is not allowed .

Absolutely it does! Few know about the plans for the People's Republic of Texas to declare war on Abu Dahbi. (just kidding)

These guys are slick spammers. Sometimes they post ads in the forums. Sometimes they just join and send PM's to all 7,000 forum members. That way it doesn't look like they are spamming. But either way, they are tenacious. We ban different identities from A.D. at about three a day.

Take our newest member "mortgrate". The handle look harmless, does it not? The location is A.D. The email is to a mortgage rate spam web site. This person doesn't exist. And many people use software called "forum bots" that do nothing but cruise forums and post links to their spam web sites. He may not know anything about Russia, but he definitely can give you a quote on your next mortgage rate. See how it works?

(and seriously, I was just kidding about the whole "war thing". That's how rumors get started)
