I've used this service twice now to send flowers to russia. Both times I was very disatisfied with the result.

I order 11 roses, they send 12 like it is a funeral. I order a photo, am charged, but recieve no photo, I include an inscription, they don't, etc.

Has anyone else used this service with success, or is it just me?

Can anyone recommend a reputable service that delivers to the rostov area. I would order over the internet of course, using a creditcard.

That is really unfortunate. Maybe it is just the local florist in Russia that is causing the issue. I would notify their customer service and tell them what happened. Most likely they will reimburse you or give you store credit.

I have used them several times and never once had an issue. Actually I thought the service was pretty good. Expensive but good.

Hi,

I've used them many times, only once had a slight problem - and they corrected that straightaway.

They have always been responsive to any queries I've had, and overall I'd say they have given good service for me.

I have had no problems. Maybe woman did not want photo or they left flowers with neighbor. I sure if you write them they will get it straight
