KYIV. Oct 5 (Interfax) - The U.S. is interested in seeing improved relations between Ukraine and Russia, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs David Kramer said at a meeting with Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych in Kyiv on Wednesday.
