RBC, 01.09.2006, Moscow 18:10:51. Russia and Ukraine intend to complete signing a gas contract by September 11, Yury Boiko, the Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Minister, said today. "We reached principal agreements in Sochi. The paperwork for these agreements is to be finalized next week," he added.
